That is a hard question to answer. If your shooting conicals I would try the 3f. Patched roundball then the 2f. Sabots perhaps the 2f. The only real way to find out is to go to the range and let the rifle tell you which it likes better. I have four rifles, all identical makes, models and calibers. Some of them like 2f some like 3f. Some love conicals others hate them. I let them tell me what to shoot.
