local gunshops beating internet prices
I was at a local gunshop today and was looking around. saw some great plains conicals for $7.99, hornidy round balls $10 or $11, and a knight magnum rifle primer conversion kit (not 209) for $64. My general rule, if I can not find it in a store and they can not order it, then I think about ordering. I reather pay tax then shipping.

Any time you can find the stuff locally, it is normally cheaper then an on line store. Especially with some of the shipping and handling charges they are throwing at us now a days.

RE: local gunshops beating internet prices
I know I was looking at my natchez flier today and saw where they charge an $3.99 handing. VA tax is only 5%. I am getting into casting and needing mold and a ladle that same place had the molds from what I can tell cheaper then everywhere on the net I seen. I am going to try and talk to them tomarrow. they where buzy has hell today.
