Several of the White rifles have a deep coned crown and they are exceptional conical shooters.

Yeah I'm not 100% sure that the QLA is the reason behind bad accuracy. I have a MLs with it and without and both shoot well w/conicals. I think it has to do more w/the rifle than the QLA, just my 2 cents.

And to answer your questions, mine w/out the QLA load quite easily. No complaints here.

I agree with those that think the QLA is OK if it is centered to the bore. I have an Omega and one of my sons has a Pro Hunter. The PH doesn't group as well as the Omega. He had the QLA removed and it didn't make any difference in the groups. The question is how does the average Joe know whether it is centered or not.
