I don't know if i like these bullets. i have shot 3 deer with them this year, a friend shot 5 with them. all were passthroughs, all were dead deer, lung shots. the holes, both holes, are small, about the size of my little finger.
I think I'm going to switch back the the knight/barnes and see how they shoot in my triumph. that is if they fit in the barrel.
anybody use the barnes in the triumph? I'll use 777mag pellets or i may switch loose 777.

Pretty common story with SW's or SST's - unless you are shooting extended ranges...
Check with Lemoyne he shoots a Triumph and has worked up several loads... in fact check his reply in:

Haven't had that problem at all,seem to expand well and retain their weight.Recovered this one from a deer shot at 80 yds 1/4 towards me and recovered from off side hind 1/4 Retained weight is 235 gr started as a 250 gr SST
