Theoretically.... Green "Crush Ribs" should be for a .429/.430 (44 cal)bullets to be put into a 50 cal ML. Black "Crush Ribs" are for .451/.452 (45 cal)bullets to be put into a 50 calML.

They should load fairly easy in your Encore... I tried them in my Omega they are a little bit to loose - I normally shoot HPH-24's or regular Harvester sabots...

Use around 90 gr of powder. That should get you close on paper at 50 yards. Tweak it from there out-to 100 yards. You will absolutely love the way the Crush Ribs load the Hornady bullet. If your sticking primers continue, change brands of 209s.

BTW... I would have kept the Triumph - then changed both the breechplug thru a warranty exchange -and/or primer brands to cure thatproblem you had initially.
