Has anyone ever used this and how well did it work if you have?

works good far as i can tell... cant let it get too cold or it tends not to foam up ... and i believe the directions say leave in for 30 min.. i leave it in for an hour and never had any issues.

An interesting thread here.. I never used the stuff but see it is on sale at the Wal Mart end of black powder season sale. Might have to buy a can and give it a try.. Thanks for the heads up.

I use it and think it works great.I use it in all my guns.

I got it in a cleaning kit that was on sale. It does as advertised but when I checked last time a single can was about $9. I used all mine up and get along just fine with a bronze brush, hot water with patches anda little soap, dry patch the barrel, and then oil it up with some Rem Oil.

I used some but it wasn't the CVA brand, it was break free brand bore cleaning foam. I really liked it because it stayed foamed up in the barrel really well. I let it set for a while then scrubbed with a wire brush. It did agreat job but it is also about 10 bucks for a small can.

I have heard this stuff works well but was wondering if anyone has tried using it in the actions of shotguns. It seems like it would work great for those hard to get to places of any gun.
