buffalo bullets sabot boat tails
 

I have been picking a pack of buffalo bullets for the last few months. the are the sabot boattail. I beleive they are 36 in a pack for $17.

since I am in the hunt for a new bullet. I was wondering if anyone has tried them?

hell I may just pick them up just to send more lead down range ;)

If they are the 375gr they are a good bullet very ACCUR.

I have had real good luck with the 375 grain in a number of rifles ... the lighter ones gave me some problems though.

I picked up 6 boxes of the 285gr version for about $8 a box off ebay just before they quit letting you sell bullets. I had tried them several years ago and they shot well in my gun, about 1.5" at 100 yards. I haven't had a chance to use them on game yet but they should work just fine on deer size animals. Even at $17 for 36 it's still a pretty good deal compared to some other bullets.

I went on a pick them up. 225gr. it was really $16.

am I just looking for more excuses to goto the range?[8D]
