RE: Omega Owners
I think it is to adjust the iron sights. I have never really checked on mine but I think that is it.

RE: Omega Owners
I think its to loosen the screws on the trigger assembly.

RE: Omega Owners
dandy
dandy you are correct... set screws that hold the trigger assembly in place.... This thread should help you out.... the Z5 does not have the same trigger assembly in and does not come with the allen wrench... http://www.go2gbo.com/forums/index.php/topic,100754.0.html |
RE: Omega Owners
My Z5 came with an allen wrench... more of a small torx/star actually... it fits the sights....

RE: Omega Owners
My Z5 came with the wrench as well. It doesn't fit the iron sights for me, they're flathead screws. I believe it's for something in the trigger.

RE: Omega Owners
My Omega was one of the first ones that came out; stainless camo stock VERY EXPENSIVE. It did not come with any tools other than the breechplug tool and no mention of the set screws that hold the pins in. I almost screwed the rifle up trying to get them out without removing the little "hidden" screws. Apparently T/C has become a little better at customer information. The new Knight KRB7 has a much better owners manual and the one tool suppliedtakes the whole rifle apart.
