good loads for Remington M/L ?

Does anyone have good loads for a Remington M/L? I bought 777 2f powder and 250gr t/C shockwaves to start. I have a musket cap nipple on now but thinking of switching to 209 primer and 777 pellets, any suggestions. I heard they stopped making these M/L, why?

I have two Remington 700ml's - the original 24" barrel and the newer 26" variety. I use 100 grains if T7-2f and 209 ignition.

If you convert to the 209 - I would suggest the one from Cabel's not the Remington conversion.

I do not shoot the fancy expensive bullets - I shoot .452/250 grain Speer Gold Dots for deer and the 300 grain variety ofr elk.

They dropped the 700ml - basically because of price - there is no way they could compete with the price if a CVA or Traditions.

There are also some issues with the 700ml, most notibly is the cleaning of the bolt and the weak firing pin spring... all easily fixed...
