Default Hunti'n Buddy Scores! (kinda)

I was out scouting two days ago,and had seen a nice buck using a fence row as a travle lane, rubbing trees along the length of it. I went out in the middle of the day to check it out, with my buddy Belle. She went into the brush and came out with what I though was a "stick" at first. I told her to lay it down, not paying attention to her while I was looking around. Then she nudged my leg,and I looked down and she had this shed in her mouth. The next day(yesterday she went with me into the same area, and in about 2 minutes came back with the other side (it has 10 points.) I guess she is allot better at finding sheds/scouting than Iam! I'm just glad she can't shoot! I would be really behind the 8 ball, then! Yes I did. She thinks she has to go every where I do (and pretty much does). But when I go hunting (deer) she has to stay home! She will give me a sad look, and it kinda makes me feel bad[X(]. She's a spoiled brat!Ron

Excellent find by the dog. Dogs can do some of the most amazing things. You have a great one there.

Thanks for the nice comments guy's! Yeah, I can walk right by a shed and never see it. Yesterday my wife told her to "find another bone" and within two minutes hereshe came backwith the other shed! I might start shed hunting now that I know (she can find them). A pocket full of treats might get me allot of shedsRon

She looks like a great companion, Ron.

You may have to build a shed for the sheds though.

Yeah UC!We didn't let her run today (or I should say,I didn't let her run today). Wife says, I'm afraid she will show me up. The wife allways get's a bigger deer than I do,now the pooch is in on the act too! they are both ahead of me,as far as antler size now![&o]Ron

Great mass those sheds have!

The right antler looks pretty typical, the left very non. I wonder if the buck that dropped them has/had an injury to his right side. Let us know when you, er, rather, when your wife, gets him.
