Dang! I wish i had been smart enough to pick-up/look for shot patches.... next time....

So in the picture that you show of RB in a patch with lube - do you push it down as it looks or do trim the patch with a knife?

Push it down as it is. Its a .018 patch but im able to start it with my thumb. Im waiting for my ticking material to come in and i'll see if cutting at the muzzle offers better accuracy.

Actually, why don't you come over this weekend and you can try some of my Swiss. Matt and I are going to shoot the Whites....that is, if we don't go chase some pheasants. No,,,,,,,I didn't say peasants!!!! :D

Bring the Sako too, me and the NEF are R-E-A-D-Y. My Suburban needs a bath, real bad!

When is ur bday? I would think I would need to dicuss the question of a suitable gift with UC first... then maybe ur wife and get her thoughts also....

I would prefer a can of Swiss - jist thought GOEX might be easier to come by....

Cain't com over dis week cause it is still hunting season over hareand da big un is still out thar... den there is elk season in December - I live ta hunt...

I don't know about beating Cdad at shooting... he's got that deresonator you know.
