White muzzleloaders?

What's the current deal with White? I was getting a hankering for one of these guns but I'm not sure If there still in production?

Your guess is as good as any ones.. one minute I hear the company is folded, and the next it is under reorganization. You be the judge. Either way it does not say to much for the company and its longevity.

There are White Rifles out there floating around. I just picked up a Bison a couple weeks ago. The model 97 and the Super 91-II are my favorite. But almost any of them are shooters. Its just some are more cleaning intense and weight to carry.

Underclocked seems to know more about these rifles them most anyone. When I have a question I normally ask him and he seems to know just how to fix it. The trouble is he is very hard to understand... :D:D:D

The last time I emailed Doc White he said that the chance that the company would be back up would only happen if someone had about a million dollars to invest. He did not sound very confident that it would ever be back. That was about a month ago.

Don't let the company"going under" influence your buying one of the Whites! There are lots of parts available, and they are Fine rifles! Ron
