Dixon, A lot of us have long memories the stuff CVA put out when the first came out was pretty bad I case hardened so many of their parts I was seeing them in my sleep. They have improved considerable but I still have doubts about how consistant their quality is.Lee

At some point in time I would think you would educate yourself to the present or reserve passing any judgement of the past. Just an observation....

So a Savage is not a "Cheap inaccurate gun any more", maybe back in the 70s, but not now, I shot this group like the 3rd time I went out shooting the Savage, I was "amazed". I had never shot that well before. Chap
