I don't pull the stock after sighting in. But of course I also have 25 acp ignition in mine. It keeps the crud out of the action.

I agree, i do not pull mine until after the season when I ready to really clean it... or maybe? if it were to get absolutely drenched - but it really has to be bad.... Actually I do the same with all the inlines....

The nice thing about having more than one is that you have a backup if the weather requires you to totally dissasemble.

I just pull the breach plug and use a foaming bore cleaner. Let it set for an hour then run four or five patches through. I dont see any need to pull the stock.

I think my solution to this after this season is going to be a savage so I can shoot smokeless powder.

The drop down action of the Omega will get a ton of blow back crud on it as well as the under side of the barrel and stock. I don't worry about it during hunting season but after alot of shooting or a rain storm you will want to pull the stock. When I pull it I lube everything really well with CLP. After about 50 shots you may want to clean the firing pin area...I took mine down after about 30 shots and it was perfectly clean.
