I have been useing a Leupold VX2 on a T/C encore for a number of years, as mentioned earlier, lifetime warranty, and with optics you get what you pay for. Remember that the BDC scopes are pre set at the factory with a specific load, ie; 150 grs, (3) pyrodex pellets, and a T/C 250 gr. Shock Wave. Even the BDC for different rifle calibers are pre set with specific loads.

i just put a a 3-9x40 Bushnell Dusk & Dawn Muzzleloader Scope on my rifle and so far i love it.

I'll agree with the Nikon Prostaff....I have one on my muzzy and love it!
