.25 ACP BREECH PLUG
I have searched this way to long.Can't find a thing.So I'll bother you guys.Can somebody enlighten me on the use of the .25 acp adapted breech plug for the Omegas.Do you use it ,does it improve things?Or is it another one of those "they'll buy anything if we tell themit works"marketing gadgets.If it works,share any tips and experiences please.Thanks...hunt4me

I use one and find it a little more accurate. It helps if you are a reloader you have the tools to relpace primers, D T custom gunworks will rebore your breech pug for 20 to 25 bucks or you can purchace the entire kit from The Buckskinner muzzleloader supplies They sell the Precision rifle kit. I don't get it. Are 209 shotgun primers legal, but small pistol primers not legal?

Some states have laws that any gun that will fire a cartridge is considered a modern fire arm not a MZ. Lee

Check out their 209 adapters that use a small rifle primers . I use them in both my Encore 209x45 and my Omega 209x50 . They give me very good groups under 1" at 100 yeards , and they are easy to reload with their kit .
