I like Dave hunt alone. I pack up and go to the cabin in the UP a couple days before the opener. I never have to tell me water has to be pumped or wood brought in. All the chores are done automatic with out being told. If I fail to return home in two weeks Kare knows where to send the search party looking for me. A new addition for the 2007 season is a cell phone, not crazy about the idea but since I have it.
When hunting at home I carry a talk about and leave on on the kitchen counter for Kare to find.
:DShe has been good so far and not got mad when I stop talking and start watching the deer from the blind.
Maybe some day one of my grand sons will grow up move back to Michigan and start hunting with me.

Yep, she thinks she's becoming a hunter! LOL! ;):D
She's also quickly becoming a pretty decent turkey hunter as well!
