Tested my diode last night. Works fine using two 1.5V in series but not just one. My light had been working. So somehow, one of the batteries escaped and the other was eaten by my pocket. Dang things are expensive.
No, wait, just found them for $1.25!

With your last writing, my wifes comment would be "they don't have legs, they didn't just walk away. it is your organizational skills - if you would put things away when you are done with them" well! you can imagine the rest of the lecture....

So, I guess Terry doesn't believe in mermaids, elves or orcs either? Some folks just have to experience things for themselves before they believe. How does she explain it when that blue sock that escapes the dryer just shows back up in your drawer? Does she think that's magic or something? Geeze.....
