The 50 cal. M/L will do the trick fine. I shoot a 45 cal M/L as does my wife and we have no problems.these are just 2 my wife has taken with B/P 45 cal wit 225 powerbelts 2 , 50 grain pellets.

You've got yourself a good woman there , Reb. I can't get my wife to hold a gun, and the weird thing is we both grew up with them a regular part of our lives. She been citified. Time to get her back to Alaska. back home and get the city out of her.

Pictures like that sure make me want to go and hunt a hog. I've never done it, but have sure questioned some of the people who have. You hunters that have had opportunities to shoot them must have had the time of your life.

For years I worked around them devils, helping outa friend on his farm. Some of the ones we dealt with were veryaggressive, but could be controled. I guess you could call them tame (most of the time), although there was one large boar that was determined to take me apart one afternoon, but he could not jump fences as well as I could. :D

I have read how dangerous the wild ones are. Also how hard they are to bring down. Then I read stories of people with dogs, hogs, and knives. All I can say is ... they have to be crazy, and it had to be a blast...
