Remington 700ML
 

Just had to call and say THANK YOU to all who helped mewith my Remington. I just got back from the range, and was able to hold a 3 in. group at 100 yds. I'm sure it can do better if the guy shooting it was a better shot.I ended up using 95 grains of ff 777 with the 300 grain Gold Dots. With a little more bench time I might be able to tighten it up even more. Thanks again. Tom

It sounds like you have a great shooting rifle that will only get better. Congratulations on finding the right load and making good groups. I am sure with a little tinkering it might even get better. Best of luck to you with your Remington.

Congratulations! I am really glad that things are coming together for you. My Remington's are really good shooters, but unforunately the nut behind the trigger is not as good as the rifle is.

Keep shooting

Yesterday, I had the Whiteout in the rock pit doing some target shooting. I ended up shooting 110grains of T7-2f with the Gold Dots and a HPH-12 sabot (.504 Whites take the thicker sabot). It was a great combination @ 100 yards - will test it to 150 and 200 later in the year.

Congrats. I've said all along that the Remingtons are great shooters once the correct componets are found. I feel they are well worth the little extra cleaning time required.
I do cringe though when people complain about how long it takes to clean a Hawkins though. All inlines should be considered a long time cleaning project if they think a hawkins is.
