I ended up with its homelier sister, the CVA kodiak. I'm planning on shooting it more this weekend and then getting ahold of CVA about the stiff trigger. I'm no expert but guess the pull has to be in the 10-15 lb range. Unfortunately the folks at CVA are off for the holidays. Enjoy yours!

Yep, I think mine's about 4.5 pounds as well. I didn't like it at first but now I love it.
