Another good point,
Although my garage is maintained at around 45 degrees that is probably not a good thing for the powder in snowy States. I was not taking into account the snow that is constantly dragged into the garage with the car. Thanks for bringing that up. I think that I had better go with closet route and just hope the building has a very good sprinkler system.
