Muzzleloader during rifle season in CO

If you already hunted with a muzzleloader for elk/deer in the muzzleloader season in CO, can you hunt with your muzzleloader during rifle season for elk/deer?

As far as I know from far-away in Michigan, you can use a muzzleloader - evenwith sabots and scope - during your Firearms Season. The conical-only/no scope restriction is just for Muzzleloading Season.

Rules for colorado muzzleloading-

No Scopes, No pellet powder, no sabots.

For deer, bear, goat must be .40 or larger shooting a minimum of 170 grain bullet.

For elk, moose. Must be .50 or larger shooting atleast 170 grain bullet, If greater than .50, bullet weight must be a minimum of 210 grains.

If you want to use your muzzleloader during rifle season, you can use sabots, scopes and pellet powder. Just cant use those 3 things during muzzleloading season. If you want, you can pm me with your address and i'll mail you a D.O.W rule book with all the info on whats legal and whats not.

BuckHarden, I'm beginning to worry about you. After all the time taken to answer your questions, you haven't thoroughly read the responses. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to read the regs and know what is allowed and isn't allowed. But if you aren't thoroughly reading generously given responses to your questions, I wonder if you are going to do that.
