Camo barrel question

Before i order a winchester apex i wanted to know if anyone has a rifle with a camo barrel? Im wonder if tha stuff peals off or what. Im thinking about the apex with camo stock and ss barrel. $415 price tag on sale for $250. My x-150 needs a buddy :D

I have the covering on a CVA and I like the looks of it but it is not very durable. Harsh solvents will melt it right off the barrel and repeated leaning against any area will scratch it off or wear it.
My next ML will not have this on the barrel, go with stainless or the blued barrels.

great, thanks for the info. Looks nice and all, i wonder if a clear coat would maybe hold up? Ah well, i'll just go with stainless.
