Your hangfires could be due to using to wet of a patch in between shots which wets down the fouling. I think there is another post on here talking about it. Some great ideas were thrown around on it. Check with Cayugad, he has a great swabbing mix he uses.

If your using a wet patch, try using a dry patch afterwords. I've never had a misfire or hangfire with the 25 ACP conversion and loose powder. If your using 777 pellets there's your problem. They are for 209 primers only.
