Anyone shooting the TC Shockwave 250 gr. at 200-250 yards with 130-150 gr powder? If so, how high are you at 100 yards??

I believe you are asking "IS anyone zeroed dead-on at 200 (or 250) yards with the 250-gr Shockwave and 130-150 grains of Pyrodex pellets?? If so, what is your midrange (100 yard) point of impact??"

Some might indeed zero that far away, but I don't.....IMO, ML don't shoot flat enough to use such a long-range zero.

The Nikon Omega scope provides for a shot out to 250 yds. I want to know if anyone is shooting in the "Kill Zone" on a WTD at 200-250 yds without the Nikon Omega. If so, whats happening at 100 with the load info I providedabove.

What is your point of impact at 100 yds?

That is not my present load. I'm into heavy bullets these-days. I test bullets and trajectories once in a while. If I remember correctly, I was around 5" high @100... around 12" low @200 with a Precisionsister-similar 180 gr. QT poly-tip using 95 gr 777 FFF. I don't seem to remember if I used an MMP plastic sub-base with it... also in the ML bullet webpage at Cabelas.com.

I've not seen or used the nikon omega scope personally but I would think if it has a bullet drop compensation setup, it should come with instructions on how to set it up. Most of those type systems zero at 100 yards and then you hold over using the range specific amount using the Hash marks or circles on the lower veritical crosshair. The actual range for each holdover point is going to be load specific so it is hard to answer the question without that info.
