Which powder for new Encore
 

Well I had planned on using CleanShot Pellets in my new Encore but looks like that wont happen. From what I have heard they wont be manufacturering pellets in the near future. So looking for opionions. Should I go with the easy load side and use Pyrodex pellets or should I go with easy cleaning and use CleanShot loose powder?

try the cleanshot powder sometimes it works the same as pellets and sometime it doesn't.
You might want to wait and check out the new
hodgens Tripple 7 ,I think that is what it is going to be called.

My wife just got me an Encore for Christmas and the owner of the gun shop recommended the Clean Shot Powder. He claimed that their pellets are inconsistent. I have never had a problem with Pyrodex pellets out of my Knight though the ease and frequency of cleaning might have me sold on the Clean Shot powder.
