Why the 300's?

I will be using either my tried and true CVA Kodiak Mag with 100grns of Triple 7 or my stepsons CVA Firebolt 209 Mag with 100grns of Triple 7with a 295grn P-Belt. In the Kodiak I propel a 245grn aero tip.

I've played with my disc extreeme and elite, but I just can't get away from my OLD MK 85 with the original 209 conversion set up. More blow back on the scope, but I'll put up with the extra cleaning cause it hits what I'm aiming at. It's for deer in GA

CVA Hunterbolt Magnum in .45 and.50. For the .45 it's either the 250 grain QT or the 200 grain SST. In the .50 its either the 250 grain Barnes MZ, or the 300 grain MZ. 100 grains weighed 777 for both calibers. My TC NewEnglander will use a Hornady Great Plains conicalwith 80-90 grains of Pyrodex.

I'm hunting various days with these four MLs: The bullets and powder charges are up in the air right now -- due to a possible powder change. Right now, I have two sighted-in with Schuetzen blackpowder -- two with Triple Se7en.

CVA Kodiak Mag. 50cal. I'll be using 300gr. speer gold dot and using 2 50gr. 777 pellets to push it.
This is a very accurrate load out to 100yards and is use for whitetails. WHITETAILS BEWARE!!!

i will be hunting with a .54 cal t/c renegade with a .530 cal round ball over 75grn's of 777 and a prelubed patch.

BTW..... nice huntin' load! Enough powder for 125 yard shots using roundballs.

First deer i shoot will be with my 30-30, then it's all muzzle loader load unknown at this time.
