Since my deer hunting is in pretty thick woods where the longest shot is only about 50-60yds, I just use a mid-range powder charge:

100grns Goex 2F
Oxyoke Wonderwad
.018" TC prelubed pillow ticking
Hornady .570

If I was hunting where 100yd shots would be the norm I'd take it up to 110 or 120grns...as it is, with the 100grn load zeroed at 50yds, it only drops 3" at 100
