RE: TC Omega Vs. Knight Revolution
I had Revolution and had nothign but problems....Sent it to knight to fix and then returned.....gun still had a problem....Called them and they then stuck by the warranty and replaced the gun with a Knight Extreme...My choice to change...
I have to say it was easy and I never thought they would asend a new gun that easy ... My hats off to them go choice staying away from the revolution...trigger problems....sometimes you pull the trigger is would only put a tiny dent in the primer |
RE: TC Omega Vs. Knight Revolution
I hope Omegas are not like an Encore in the HEAVY trigger department! If you get an Encore, you might get lucky and get one that has a decent trigger. Mine's did not, and I had to sink an additional $100 or so for trigger work[:@] I just got tired of turning blue in the face trying to squeeze off a shot! Other than that, it's a wonderful gun:)

Omegas prolly have one of the best triggers I've felt in a Muzzle Loader.

RE: TC Omega Vs. Knight Revolution
I'm going to start hunting with a muzzleloader again this year. I just picked up a Revolution II from Cabelas. I had one of the low cost American Knights that I took a 6 pointer with back in 1997 but later sold it to a friend.
The barrel is marked Revolution on the gun. Looks like Knight added the new breach plug? and the redesigned action to the older Revolution but I'm just guessing here. I shot it twice last evening. No problems. There was no blow back. Once I get some scope mounts I'll get it sighted in but overall I'm happy with the purchase. |
