Who makes CVA's muzzleloaders?

I was told by a few buddies of mine that Winchester now makes CVA's muzzleloaders. Is there any truth to this? If so where is it published. Thanks

I believe it is the other way around. CVA paid winchester for the rights to use their name. CVA makes winchester muzzleloaders.
