$59 CVA?
 

Have any of you used the gun? my wife handled it. it fits her she likes the weight of the gun. She wonts the gun.-i had rather her pick out another one. "i like cva's its just i am leary of the 59$ gun" if she incest is there any thig that can be done to it? like the sites there non-agestibal so can they be chaiged? does the nipple need changig?

BUDDY i well tell you what.
The $59 CVA is a great gun i have one of them.
They are one of the best i think.
They are fine like they are.
Great sites and a good shooting gun.
They are very good with buffaol bullets.
They are a very well alround gun for black powder gun.
So i say if she wants it then get it for her.
She my not like the gun you want her to get so get her this one.
And the nipple is fine.

A friend of mine bought one of them for his son. I think it is the Bobcat model, I know they paid under $60.00 for it. Well I tell you what, that kid can shoot. He found the sweet load for it, and he can put that .50 caliber round ball anywhere he wants. Also when we do drives, at the end of the day, that kid with that light little rifle is still going. Some of us old timers with out big heavy ones know we have walked too far and carried that thing too long (of course that would not be old age, would it?). I am not sure how it shoots conicals because all he ever used was 70 grains of Pyrodex RS and a .015 patch and a Hornady round ball. I thought of getting one myself, just for the fun of it.....
