It's not worth much at long range, but for clearing out a deer infested building nothing can match it.

Sorry, just kidding, I have an Omega with a laminated thumbhole stock - pic already posted by others

I have a T/C Encore 209X50. Hardwoods Camo Thumbhole Stock with the SST (Stainless) Barrel. I have a 3X9X40 Bushnell Trophy Scope on it.

I shoot 250gr shockwaves with 100gr of pyrodex pellets. Easily get 1" groups at 100yds.

Thanks Cayugad. The best thing about it is that it shoots as good as it looks.

My T/C Hawkins with the peep sight installed.

My Plains rifle by T/C. It has a T/C quick release mount and a Weaver K4 scope.

My Remington 700 ssml 54. It wears a Busnell scope. Willians rings.

Way back there Encoreman asked me about loads for my G2. Far and away the most comfortable loadI shoot is 65 grains weighed FFg T7 under a 180 grain XTP in a tan sabot. The same charge under a 200 grain XTP does well also but adds a bit of rearward and upwardpunch. The 275 grain Powerbelts shot over that same charge start to get uncomfortable especially when I pop myself in the nose with my thumb [:-]. All three loads have shot quite well for me with groups in the 1.5" range. The 180 XTP load may sound too light for hunting but most certainly does the job on whitetail.

The little Millett variable scope that now resideson that G2 has saved me from seeing a lot of stars.

Some super nice looking rifles in this thread! That flinter of roundball's almost makes me want one.
