Stan, welcome.
Sorry to burst your bubble but no one can really tell you what bullet/powder combo will be best in YOUR GUN. It is really a trial and error process.
I have found 100 g of pyrodex pellets and 44cal 240 Horandy XTP sabots to shoot the well out of my Rem 700MLS 50 Cal. I shot 1" groups at 100 and had no problems taking game with this load. However I didn't start out with this combo, just T&E'd until I found it. I am going to try some triple 7 after this year, as season is on and I don't want to fool around now.

My Encore loves the 250 gr. Barnes. I have only used 100 gr of Pyro pellets, haven't had the gun long enough to play around with different loads and powders. It did NOT like the 240 gr. XTP T/C sabots with same powder charge (something around a 4.5 inch group at 100).
As to the Barnes bullets ... I shot a deer this past Tuesday. I have never seen such devastation from a primitive firearm bullet. Entered through the near shoulder and exited behind the opposite shoulder. Where it entered the ribs under the near shoulder, the hole was about 2" and the exit hole in the opposite side ribs was slightly larger. The shoulder it entered through was a real mess. I have shot deer with '06 that didn't have as much damage. It was quite amazing.
