Primer for BlackMag 3
 

you guys that are using BlackMag 3, what primers do you use? I bought some CCI and after reading about some primers being hot and some not so hot, then reading about some powder burning fast and others slower. I would like to hear all recomendations.

I've had great success with Winchester primers.

Recently, I have shot about 200 rounds with the new and spendy Remington Kleenbores. I like them. They are much cleaner and the accuracy there.

Sabre-I use small rifle primers(CCI 400) in my Omega and good old CCI #11's in my sidelock.No misfires yet in 3lbs.

The CCIs you bought are fine. No reason to change. The Winchesters are one notch higher than regular CCIs (not magnum) in heat. The hottest are the Federals... coolest are the Kleanbores.
