harvester sabots

I have been reading alot about these sabots, and was wondering if anyone has used them and what kind of results they have had. Are they better than mmp sabots.

Harvester sabots work fine. It all depends on the rifle you shoot. Some projectiles will load better with harvester sabots in certain rifles, then MMP. All you can do is try them. I keep Harvester, MMP, Knight, Harvester crushed ribsabots, Thompson Center. Then there are high pressure sabots, and low pressure sabots. I keepall sizes at my house. All of them have use in a particular rifle with a certain load.

Depends on what rifle you're shooting &what powder you're using. They provide easier loading, but you need to try them to compare accuracy. My research says most Knights prefer 45-cal MMPs -- most T/Cs prefer 45-cal Harvesters ( my opinion).

Triple Se7en - What harvester sabot works with a 250 TC shockwave in an Omega? I looked online at Cabelas and they list 3 different 50 cal sizes? Want to make sure I buy the right ones.
