Traditions warranty update
Well some of you may have read my post asking about Traditions warranty because of my broken ramrod. Well I phoned them this morning and spoke to a csr and before I even finished telling her how my ramrod broke she was taking my address down to send me a new rod and it should be sent out in a day or two and get to me in a week or two at the most with no charge to me. So all I can say is fantastic customer service top notch company. I don't frequent to many other forms so if anyone asks about their service you can tell them they won't be dissappointed.

Snowman
I own three Traditions rifles. I know that company pretty good because I've dealt with these folks several times. Their warranty service is subpar at-best.They replaced your ramrod because your rifle is new &they probablyare getting a slew of calls/email complaints about the ramrod. Further proof will be in the 2006 model. You watch... a different ramrod will on that Pursuit... just like different components are on that improved trigger for 2005. |
RE: Traditions warranty update
I'm real glad to hear that Tradition's Firearms Company takes care of its customers with excellent support!! :D I am not really surprised as I too own three (last time I looked close) Tradition rifles and have used their customer support once on a rifle that refused to fire a #11 caps. Their customer service departmentcleared that problem upby having me send the rifle in, their head gunsmith did a excellent job fixing the rifle, and then sent it back to me no charge...That was my Tradition's Hawkins Woodsman .50 caliber. A real sweetheart of a rifle to shoot.
I looked at a Pursuit LT today when I was at Wal Mart buying more muzzleloadingshooting supplies. I shot a Pursuit Pro a few weeks back, which I think has a longer barrel.I was going to ask them to remove the trigger lock so I could test the trigger butdecided against it. They were selling for $232.00 I think it was. That little rifle pulled real nice to the shoulder and I really liked the fiber optic sights on it (my friend had removed his when he installed a scope). The dots were nice and small and they lined up nice when I pulled the rifle up. I also looked at the ramrod on the rifle to get an idea what happened to yours.. Overall an impressive light weight rifle. |
