End cleaning tool for rifleing

I was at the range today and saw someone using an rod end tool that had brass teeth thatfit into the rifleing grove and cleaned out all of the gunk left between shots. I didn't get a chance to ask where to get one, could not find anything like iton the internet. Anyone know where I could purchase one or knowof any good online muzzleloader store sitesto look at? Thanks.

Brass bore brush works for me at the end of the range day. When I'm at the range, I swab the bore with a black, nylon bore brush. Use two ramrods at your range... one for brush-swabbing -- one with ajag for seating the bullet.

Metallic teeth that go deeper than 99% of the inside of a MLbore would never see the insides of any of my rifles. Any patch surrounding those teeth going down don't always surround the teeth coming back up.

Thanks for the heads-up look at new items on the market... but no thanks on this suggestion.... that is -- unless you can guarantee that this metal-toothed jag keeps a cloth around it 100% of the time???????????

Now something like Wolfhound just posted might work because the teeth are only one revolution - in the middle of the supporting toolalso.

Need to find some posters who may-have some experiences with this. I love the "very vague" description for it at the website. It doesn't say whether it's intended for .010 traditionalcuts or .003 modern rifles.

I have seen this thing advertised in muzzleloader magazines and wonder how they can make one to fit every size and shape of rifling that is out there. Sure seems like an impossibility to me.

I just looked at that site and when I seen they had all these different rifle models listed, I too wondered how they are so sure that this Optima has the same bore and the next one, and the same with any other brand or model. It is a nice idea though. Yet, if the old method is not broke, why fix it...

That is it! I took a look at cabelas, but apparently did not know where to look. Thanks for finding it for me.
