Bending A Barrel
 
It's not often that one wants to bend a barrel. But in those rare cases when it's impossible to drift the sights far enough to bring the point of impact to where it's needed, bending the barrel may be the only way to correct the problem.

Using a hefty C-clamp as illustrated below is a a safe and easy way to get the job done in small increments.

I have a 10ga ml shoots low how big block to start with ? need raise pattern center 6in @ 16 yds

If that 10 ga is a sxs you may want to think about letting a smith to it. Those barrels are soldered together.

I here ya lol .
its a underhammer 10 ga mod. barrel off a long tom single shot plugged and fitted to a deer creek underhammer receiver built stock up some already still patterns low for trap shooting

It's a trial and error process. Bend it a tiny bit at a time, shoot and see what happens.

Ok, not sure bending going to work. muzzle needs to go down already raised stock up with pad
