Definition of the commerce clause is exclusive to the legislative branch therefore the courts will likely run from the next lawsuit based upon that issue. Taulman flat lost on this one and I still hold a hard grudge for what he did to the hunting community. I do think he woke us up and we will see more liberal NR quotas and more active support for hunting and management. Wonder what he will tell his sucker list now about how much good he has done for them? Higher costs and probably more strict management of out of state outfitters doesn't sound like a winner to me. Thanks to all who helped get this done.

He,s not interested in hunters rights i believe he is just interested in his own agenda, with his private paid for hunting clubs and hunting services and were they can go and charge people on public land for HIS hunts. Ask him on how many lawsuits he is a defendent in with these states for illegal practices?????????? vangunsmith
