ummm...is beaver big game? If not, then it would have to be elk tenderloin.

I couldn't live without elk in the freezer, but bighorn sheep meat is my favorite.

Put me down for elk, and yes beaver meat is awesome. I cooked some up when I was trapping a couple of years ago.

A young fall black bear that has been eating nothing but blueberries for a few months.

Then elk and moose tied.
