looking for info on unit 444 muzzleloader, elk. we are looking at the frying pan river area.

Don't forget your flyrod! The Frying Pan is great fishing! As for elk, I would look at the area above Ruedi Res. It can be very warm that time of year so look high. Good timber, water and food. That doesn't mean they won't be low, but it isn't where I would start.
