Well, I have a .30-06 and an 8mm Mauser and a 50 Cal. ML. Still working on loads for all three. I get one that works, stick with it for a while, then try something else for fun. Gonna try some 165 Partitions for the 06 and 200's in the 8mm, the 50 cal, will see some 245 Buffalo Ball et's next.

Hi redford, highs today here in central Illinois was 65. Lows on Saturday morning will be +2.

I just bought a Winchester 7mm Rem. Mag. for an upcoming elk hunt. I'll be shooting 160 gr. partitions.

I also have a Mossberg 835 Ulti-Mag and use it for turkey, geese, ducks, pheasant and quail. I also have a slug barrel and use it for whitetails.

My favorite gun for pheasants is an old Montgomery Wards side by side in 12 ga. My dad bought it in the 60's and it is a bird slayer.

My most sentimental gun is an old L.C. Smith double barrel 12 ga. My grandpa gave it to me before he died. It still has his 1932 hunting license hidden behind the butt plate.

Welcome!!
