wife got her first mule deer(now has pics)
 

Well again Utah had another awesome muledeer hunt. There were several 180 plus bucks harvested. I took my wife for the very first time ever and she had a ball. She shot a deer in the first 7 minutes of her deer hunt that would make most grown men cry. I tried to post pictures but couldnt get them to upload.

She did good. I am going next week. Its almost all Mule deer in my hunting area of SD. Have three hunting trips comming up. One in November one in December and finish with one in Jan. We are Whitetail hunting in ND right now. The hunting is tough in our unit because of thousands of acres of unharvested corn and sunflowers. When the shooting starts the deer evaporate into the corn and sunflower fields and they are safe there. You can't hunt unharvested crop land here. Even if you could the stoff is ten feet tall. Good luck. The harvest is a couple weeks late because of a cool wet season.
