have any montana bowhunters had any luck with the bulls yet. ive heard a couple last weekend but they werent real hot yet. all this next week should be prety interesting though. just curious

i'm headed out to hunt with my brother next week. talked to him earlier this week and he says they haven't been to vocal but with the new moon comming this weekend and below freezing tempatures each night expects allot of action this upcoming week.

says he's seen allot of elk but hasn't spotted any good bulls yet. in our area they are offering additional cow tags this year so he's already on the board with one cow.

i got my fingers crossed and can't wait to get out next week.

Just spoke to a hunting partner who is hunting the Crazies and he said they were not in hot & heavy yet. No word on any successes. Should be any day now.

They have been pretty quiet around here, its been raining for the past several weeks and that may have a lot to do with it.
Succesfull, I be near the crazies next week in the Breaks, I'll find out. The bulls should start to be going strong this coming week, just hope the weather cooperates. Bobby;)
