Smartest big game animal?

It is the Black Bear by far.

Bears are the only hunted animal that can be taught to ride a bicycle or balance a ball on their noses.

Survival skills or wariness is one thing, intelligence is something else...

I think the smartest big game animal to hunt is BigFoot.He's been seen but never caught.

I've never considered wolves to be big game animals (possibly because they're considered to be little more than vermin here in Ontario), but they're - by far - the brightest animal I've come across. I've been surrounded by the things howling at dusk, and wasn't able to see a hair.

Of the regular big game animals, I'd rate black bear number one.
