Narrow it down for Caribou

I am at a plateau with booking my 05 trip also. However, I have narrowed down to 2 outfitters. Club Chambeaux and Safari Nordik. The references are glowing for both. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has dealt with both outfitters and can help me make up my mind on which because time is running out.

Also, I am very confident with my .270 win. But will this be enough of a round to take care of a monster bull at 300 yds??

A 270 is fine. Caribou aren't real tough to kill.
