It is NOT the Border Patrol, it is US Customs! Everybody gets that one confused. I was kinda asking you a loaded question, cause I know how hard it is to get the permits from USFWS to import a polar bear due to the Marine Mammal protection act.

BTW, I work for US Customs.....................:)
