Thought some of you would like to see a buck my client killed on our ranch in NM during this rifle season. We had passed on 12 bucks prior to seeing this one about a mile away. After an hour stalk we were able to get within 300 yards of him. He was following 3 other bucks and 4 does. We were on a small hill covered with boulders, and they were below us feeding. My hunter got a good rest and put him down.

Just another question, how did you ever get the deers head to stay in that position, the deer appears to be beded the way its legs are positioned with blood on the hind quarters, tell us a little more about it as I'm really curious. Thanks, Bobby
