Wyoming mule deer.... Considering going next year. Dad ain't getting any younger.

I have five points dad has three.

Any advice on units to apply to?

Can I get into anything decent with that?

yes and yes. Wyoming general units are pretty awesome. Plenty of country with lots of animals. Not as good as it used to be but still better than most other states in my opinion.

I’m sure you heard of the massive winter kill in WY. Deer and antelope took it hard and tags have been cut back in many areas. I would wait a few years.

That's what we decided to do. Dad had a pretty big surgery in February as well. Still recovering.
Gotta see how the rest of that goes.

Gonna take a motorcycle ride instead.

Regular bear and deer hunts in Ohio and PA.

Waiting to see if I draw any of my "long shot" draws like maine moose, pa elk, etc.

But no Wyoming this year
